These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern your access to and use of livescripture.ai and the LIVE SCRIPTURE service (the "Service"), operated by Sizzle, Inc. ("Sizzle," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LIVE SCRIPTURE gives subscribers real-time conversational access to a series of Synth Human® AI personas depicting biblical and historical figures. Each persona is an AI experience built from scripture, historical scholarship, and creative direction — it is not the actual historical or religious person, and it is not a substitute for scripture, clergy, licensed counseling, or your own faith community. Where a figure's story is understood differently across traditions, we may offer more than one rendering rather than presenting a single account as definitive.
The Service is intended for general audiences. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
LIVE SCRIPTURE offers monthly, recurring subscription plans measured in conversation minutes per month:
Each plan includes full access to every figure in the series; plans differ in monthly minutes and response priority. New subscribers receive 2 free minutes before any charge is made. Unused minutes roll over month to month for as long as your subscription remains active.
An annual billing option is also available on each plan, charged once for twelve months of service and providing a thirteenth month of access at no additional charge.
Recurring charges. Monthly plans automatically renew each month at the then-current price, and annual plans automatically renew each year, until cancelled. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You will be shown the plan, price, and billing frequency before you complete a purchase.
Additional minutes. If you use your full monthly allotment, you may add more minutes for the remainder of that month for a one-time fee (currently $19.99), or upgrade to a higher plan for the following month, as described on the Membership section of the site.
We will provide reasonable advance notice by email before any increase to your plan's price takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum term or cancellation fee. To cancel, email support@sizzle.network or call 818-633-0453; we will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again afterward. Self-service cancellation directly from your account will be added to the Service in the future.
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Synth Human® and Pantheon of Knowledge™ are marks of Sizzle, Inc. and its affiliates. The Service, including its software, personas, likenesses, and content, is owned by or licensed to Sizzle and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as this use of the Service itself allows.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to harass or harm others, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI systems, or to misrepresent a conversation with a Synth Human® persona as a genuine historical record, endorsement, or statement by a real person or institution.
The Service is provided "as is." Synth Human® personas may occasionally produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or that a given tradition would consider imprecise. We review our figures for accuracy and respectfulness and take reports seriously through the "Report a Concern" feature on the site, but we do not guarantee that every response will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizzle, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on the site, before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
