We built this because these stories have shaped how billions of people understand faith, family, courage, and doubt — and we think there's real value in engaging them as a conversation, not just a text on a page.

Every figure on this platform is built with real care: grounded in scripture and honest historical scholarship, reviewed for accuracy, and designed to represent — never flatten — the real differences across Jewish and Christian tradition. Where serious, sincere people read the same text differently, our figures say so plainly rather than picking a side. Where a figure's own story touches something difficult — grief, doubt, real historical harm — we handle it honestly, not for shock value and not by looking away.

One figure — Mary — has more than one version. Her story touches questions of her own nature and status that Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant tradition each answer differently, so we built a rendering true to each tradition rather than picking one. This isn't hedging, and it isn't about avoiding a position — it's the opposite.
